Photography Thursday: Find

Create a Connection: Photography Thursday

Last night I found the time to do something I've wanted to do since I saw the recipe; I took the time to bake a loaf of the No-Knead Bread published in the NY Times a few months ago. Yes, I know, the beauty of the no-knead bread is that you don't need a lot of time! However, as other mothers can attest, sometimes the things that should be the easiest to accomplish are the most difficult. Least of all actually finding the time to do something for themselves.

Oh, and the bread is delicious!

Hey, I just noticed, that I can see the steam rising from the bread- right? Is that true?

I see it on the left hand side...

Alas, I wish it were steam! It is some flour on the mitt!

yum. that looks good! I love bread - ok now I'm hungry for some dense-homemade bread.

A find indeed...yum! A friend e-mailed the link to me but I don't think I have an appropriate pan for the baking (heavy with a cover). I'm glad to see how beautiful the loaf is.

No knead bread is such an easy way to make the best bread ever! It barely makes it a day in my apt. I have some helpful hints too on my blog via Breadtopia and FreshLoaf -- great sites!
